Throughout the transaction

Silverthorn Conveyancing ensures that you stay protected throughout the transaction, ensuring that the Vendor meets all their obligations and completing comprehensive property searches.

We will liaise with all third parties on your behalf including your Financial Institution in preparation for Settlement.

The preparation of all necessary documentation required to effectively transfer the property into your name, completing the adjustments required for settlement organising settlement and advising all relevant authorities of the change in ownership on your behalf.
